We do not accept returns for exchange or refund, nor do we offer direct exchanges. All sales are considered final. We encourage customers to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
In rare cases where a customer is genuinely unsatisfied due to a valid product fault or defect (e.g., severe quality issue, manufacturing error), a refund may be issued after a formal review.
To request a Satisfaction Refund:

If the refund is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

If the refund is approved after inspection:
You will be refunded the full purchase amount to your original method of payment. We are unable to process refunds to a different card or payment method.

If an item is returned without prior approval or is deemed to not meet the standards of the Satisfaction Refund Exception (e.g., damaged, worn, missing tags, or the reported issue is not validated), the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you.
